A word from Bryan...

I found the only way to approach this album was to establish the first song, listen to that, feel what I would like to hear next and repeat this process as I went along. I felt there were far too many songs that would be left out on the list I had in front of me, so I abandoned looking at the list and went with my instinct. I have to say it was a joyful and tearful experience, both the nostalgia and song subject matter was quite overwhelming at times.

So – here it is, the time felt right to celebrate the last fifteen years of Mostly Autumn – ‘the Livvy era’ as it were.

What I love about this listen is how it brings old songs back to life, they illuminate in a different way when surrounded by different songs from different eras. It kind of makes them stately in their own right.

I also felt there were some limited-edition songs that needed to be heard by a wider audience. All the songs are remastered by John Spence so they are essentially slightly different.

Anyway, we hope you enjoy this listen and once again we would like to thank you all for your incredible support over the years, wherever you are in the world.

Cheers to you all,

Bryan Josh on behalf of the Mostly Autumn family.

It's that time of year - and we're looking forward to getting back on the road again - starting off at the Tivoli Venue in Buckley then to see our friends in Belgium and the NL.  Then full scale Christmas back in the UK.

So looking forward to it and seeing you all if you can make it.

  • Fabulous time at the wonderful Cambridge Rock Festival. Great new venue and good to see everyone.

Bryan was asked to comment on one of his favourite David Gilmour tracks recently for Prog Magazine . Interesting!

Looking forward to playing the Nene Valley Rock Festival for the first time on Saturday 7th September.  It promises to be a great festival in a great venue.  Hopefully see you around the site and of course for our set.
